Refund Policy (Month-to-Month Subscription)
Subscription Fees
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in this policy.
Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period.
Refunds
- Refund requests made within 7–14 days of the initial purchase may be eligible for a full refund at the company's discretion.
- Renewals are generally non-refundable because the customer has already had access to the service during the billing period.
- Partial-month refunds are typically not provided.
Service Issues
- If the service experiences a prolonged outage, significant technical failure, or billing error, customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Chargebacks
- Customers are encouraged to contact support before initiating a chargeback so issues can be resolved promptly.
